In the spring of 2002,Mr.Yang who leave his hometown Hunan Province and came toJiangxi to work for a small gas spring factory,he realized that this product had greatpotential, so he registered a company with his brothers.
In 2004,Mr.Yang decided to move to Guangzhou,and began to try to receive orders in the form of a trading company to solve after-sales problems, focusing on automobile industry and also looking for a place to build our own factory.
At the end of 2008,we started our foreign trade business via Alibaba,mainly sell to Mid East ,Brazil and demestic OEM maker. At the same time, it continues to expand to various applications.
In 2010,We set up our R&D department ,mainly responsible for the research and development, design, testing, maintenance and other related work of the company's products to ensure product quality and market competitiveness.
In 2013,after several years of peer visits to study production, we rented a factory in Panyu, introduced several equipment, and started to produce gas springs,with a monthly output of 800,000 pieces.
In 2015,with increasing production ,the factory moved from Panyu to Nansha,cover an area of 4858m²,staff grew to 100. The transportation is more convenient and faster, and we've got the ISO9001 certificate.
In 2016,we carry out OEM/ODM production, and cooperate with the Environmental Protection Bureau to integrate the factory and warehouse, paint the ground, improve the comfort of the factory, and establish a technical laboratory.
In 2018, we introduced the ERP system and studied it, passed the IATF 16949 certificate and invited customer to visit our factory,also we participate in the Canton Fair.
In 2021,with the changing requirements of the market, we apply for certificates in various industries to meet the needs of the market and customers.
At present,Guangzhou Tieying Spring Techonology focusing on gas spring production for more than 14 years,exported to all over the world, with high quality and fast delivery to win the trust and support of customers.
