Custom gas spring & damper can be used for a variety of applications.

Gas spring Custom

Tieying gas spring 19 years factory has standard gas springs in different sizes for a wide range of applications. However we realize that gas springs are not always included with the original blueprint plans and special configurations are required at the last moment. By using our drawing form , you can minimize the time it will take you to search and track down the right custom gas spring or gas shock and quickly generate an Tieying product for your custom designed gas springs / gas shocks to fit your needs. You can contact us with gas spring  specification according our drawing form and we will double check that you designed exactly what you need.

Alternatively, the Tieying engineering department can design and custom-build gas springs to your specifications with just a email or phone call.

DAMPER Custom

● Tieying Gas spring 19 years factory stocks several size dampers in light damping, heavy damping, extension and compression. We can also design and manufacture dampers to our customers’ specific application requirements. Our standard stock dampers:

● Stroke lengths from 2” to 8” of stroke

● Extended lengths from 7.5” to 20”

● Load capacity from 10 to 150 lbs.

● Extension or Compression

● Light damping (20lb force. Average 1.0 seconds per 1 inch of travel) or heavy damping (20lb force.

● Average 2.0 seconds per 1 inch of travel).
