The structural principle of the gas spring is inert gas as the medium. The principle of using industrial oil, oil seal, sealing ring, and gas spring is actually very simple. Simply put, it is to pour some oil in the pipe and pour some oil through the sealing ring to play a sealing role.

The gas spring is based on the principle of an elastic element with nitrogen and industrial oil as the working medium. It is composed of a pressure pipe, a piston, a piston rod and a number of connecting parts. The interior of the gas spring is filled with high-pressure nitrogen. The gas pressure at both ends is equal, but the cross-sectional areas on both sides of the piston are different. One end is connected with a piston rod and the other end is not. Under the action of the gas pressure, a pressure is generated to the side with the smaller cross-sectional area, that is, the elastic force of the gas spring, the elastic force of the gas spring. The size can be set by setting different nitrogen pressures or different diameter piston rods.

Unlike mechanical springs, gas springs have a nearly linear elastic curve. The elastic coefficient X of the standard gas spring is between 1.2 and 1.4, and other parametrs can flexibly define more gas spring structural principles according to requirements and working conditions.
