Reasonable use and installation of gas spring

Inert gas is injected into the spring, and the product with elastic function is produced through the piston. The product does not need external power, has stable lifting force, and can expand and contract freely. (The lockable gas spring can be positioned arbitrarily) It is widely used, but the following points should be noted during installation:

1. The gas spring piston rod must be installed in a downward position, not upside down, so as to reduce friction and ensure the best damping quality and cushioning performance.  

2. Determining the installation position of the fulcrum is the guarantee for the correct operation of the gas spring. The gas spring must be installed in a correct way, that is, when it is closed, let it move over the center line of the structure, otherwise, the gas spring will often automatically push the door open.  

3. The gas spring shall not be subjected to tilt force or lateral force during operation. It shall not be used as handrail.  

4. In order to ensure the reliability of the seal, the surface of the piston rod shall not be damaged, and paint and chemicals shall not be painted on the piston rod. It is also not allowed to install the gas spring at the required position before spraying and painting.  

5. The gas spring is a high-pressure product, and it is strictly prohibited to dissect, bake or smash it at will.  

6. It is forbidden to rotate the gas spring piston rod to the left. If it is necessary to adjust the direction of the connector, it can only be turned to the right. 7. Operating ambient temperature: - 35 ℃ - + 70 ℃. (80 ℃ for specific manufacturing)

8. When installing the connection point, it should rotate flexibly without jamming.  

9. The selected size should be reasonable, the force should be appropriate, and the stroke size of the piston rod should have an 8mm margin.
