  • High-Temperature Gas Springs

    High-Temperature Gas Springs

A high-temperature seal allows these gas springs to withstand heat up to 392° F. They have a ball socket end fitting and ball stud on each end for mounting. Ball socket end fittings rotate in any direction on the ball stud to compensate for misalignment.

High temperature gas spring has a larger temperature range with special sealing. 10mm ball and socket connectors are standard, but removable, leaving M8 threads on both sides. Ceram pro-treated rod with powder-coated finish.

  • Long-Life Gas Spring Style Mechanical Springs

Long-Life Gas Spring Style Mechanical Springs

Mechanical operation means these springs have no seals to fail or gas to leak.

  • Gas Spring End Fittings & Bracket

Gas Spring End Fittings & Bracket

Find full technical specifications for the end fitting configurations available on our standard range of Volume Line & Custom Line gas spring products.

Within our Volume Line product range threaded ball studs are available as a separate add on accessory for composite & metal ball joint end fittings. Custom Line ball joint end fittings include ball studs with the ball joint end fitting.

  • Self-locking gas spring for chair arm rest

Self-locking gas spring for chair arm rest

The self-lock gas spring is one of the gas strut springs, which increases the locking device on the basis of the standard gas strut spring. When the gas spring is compressed to the shortest, it can be locked to maintain the compression state. Unlocking the gas spring just needs to press down, and the gas spring return to a naturally stretched state.

  • Tension & Traction Gas Spring

    Tension & Traction Gas Spring

Tension & Traction Gas Spring, these units operate in the direction opposite of compression gas springs. Mounting constraints often do not allow for the use of compression springs; i.e., doors and access panels hinged horizontally at the bottom and any type of cover or lid that must be pulled open or pulled shut. Tension gas springs also often function as tensioners on mechanical assemblies and belt drives.

  • BLOC-O-LIFT OBT

    BLOC-O-LIFT OBT

BLOC-O-LIFT OBT permits comfortable up-ward movements of applications, such astable tops, without the need to actuate arelease. This is made possible by a specialvalve system in the piston package.
ln the compression direction, BLOC-O-LIFTOBT can be locked in any direction.

  • BLOC-O-LIFT OR

    BLOC-O-LIFT OR

The Locking Gas Spring with Overload Protection

In addition to variable locking, this BLOC-O-LIFT variant from TIeying is equipped with a so-called override function, which protects components from overload and significantly facilitates handling.

  • BLOC-O-LIFT T

    BLOC-O-LIFT T

Locking Gas Spring with Height Adjustment and Even Force Distribution over the Entire Stroke

The BLOC-O-LIFT-T gas spring from Tieying is used primarily for the convenient adjustment of table heights.
