Our standard line of gas springs feature a double seal system, epoxy painted tubes and feature and chrome plated or nitrate treated shafts. Each spring is set up and tested to meet the requirements of your order.

All our gas springs feature a double seal system.
Force limits apply to long stroke springs — max force not available in all springs.

6×15 CARBON STEEL GAS SPRINGS

Our 6×15 series gas springs are great for applications with limited space requiring low output forces. Most common force settings are from 10 to 60 lbs.

We stock some of the finest quality 316 stainless gas springs available.
Stainless steel gas springs are a good options for use in harsh environments, marine, and food processing environments.
We can manufacture stainless springs with food grade internal lubricant.

TENSION GAS SPRINGS

FORCE RANGE | 90 – 900N (20 – 200 LB)
Tension gas springs act in the opposite form as a regular gas spring, by always having a tension ( tendency to shorten) force. Please see end fitting section to view available end fittings. Compressed length is the center – center length measured with standard 20mm end fittings. Using other end fittings may alter the overall length. Other sizes are available. We can custom manufacture other sizes of tension gas springs. May also be available in stainless steel. Tension gas springs DO NOT have end of stroke damping.

All our gas springs feature a double seal system.
Force limits appy to long stroke springs — max force not available in all springs.
